Hi — I’m Priya. I'm a NBC-HWC Board certified coach with a background in engineering and a passion for helping people build habits that support lasting change.
My coaching focuses on real-life wellness — nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and overall lifestyle — all tailored to fit the person, not the other way around.
I’m a Board Certified Health Coach, and have completed the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program Life Coach Training and Functional Nutrition Certification.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that small shifts — made consistently — can lead to meaningful results. I support clients through one-on-one virtual sessions designed to meet them where they are and help them get where they want to go.
