I’m Priya — a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with advanced training in Functional Nutrition and the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program.

What is it?

It’s a one year program divided into two six month segments. During the first six months, you’ll meet for one our each week to learn about healthy eating, coping with stress, physical activity, and staying on track.

During the second six month segment, you’ll meet monthly to hone the skills you learned during the first six months, review key concepts, and maintain positive changes.

How can you work with Priya?

When you enroll in the National DPP Lifestyle Change Program and work with Priya, you’ll pay just $40/month for 12 months of support.

6-Session Package

Six 30-minute sessions over 3 months. This package helps you build consistency, develop new habits, manage your diabetes, & improve your health.

12-Session Package

$750

Twelve 30-minute sessions in 6 months. For clients who need long-term support for their diabetes or their prediabetes condition.

DPP Lifestyle Change

$40/month

CDC-approved curriculum, support group, and lifestyle coaching with Priya. Weekly meetings for 6 months. Monthly meetings for remaining 6 months.
