I’m Priya, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with a certification in Functional Nutrition and the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program. As a functional health coach, I provide guidance & support to clients who are navigating stress, burnout, low energy, blood sugar issues, or simply not feeling like themselves.
With a background in engineering—and years of experience supporting caregivers, parents, and busy professionals—I combine evidence-based guidance with real patience and zero judgment.
I’m based in California and work with clients online across the U.S., offering compassionate, realistic support for real life. No pressure. No perfectionism. Just practical help to move forward, one step at a time.
