I’m Priya, a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with specialized training in Functional Nutrition and the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program. As an online mental health coach, I provide confidential, supportive help for clients who are facing mental health challenges.

With a background in engineering and years of experience supporting busy professionals, caregivers, and parents, I combine evidence-based strategies with kindness and patience — for real results.
